The next
strategic step in NBCs' move away from iTunes to their own digital content
strategies is the inclusion of consumer-generated media including blogs
where fans can interact with stars directly. This, in addition to creating
viewer panels and advisory councils, is critical for NBC to create
excitement and interest in their new online initiatives to further increase
viewer loyalty and attract new viewers as well......
