The intention is to help promote neighborhood unity rather than criminal enforcement as a way of bringing long-term improvement to the lives of our students. (Jaatinen, 1)

Staffing Plan:

Staffing would be comprise of an already existing teaching staff. Our educators would be provided with suitable training similar to the cultural training preceding our transition into Flight School status.

Action Planning:

The primary objective is to develop a curriculum centered around current knowledge, open-discussion format and planned community engagement as endorsed by articles such as that by Jaatinen (1999).
Responsibilities include non-judgment and the provision of accurate information. The Plan should be implemented a year from acceptance of this proposal.

Evaluation:

The goals of the program will be evaluated by using surveys, to be conducted amongst educators and families.

Communication:
