Self-AssessmentSelf-assessment is a good practice for getting a sense of where one has been and to what extent one has transformed over the duration of a course, by way of both academic and professional growth. It serves both as a reflective mirror, by showing the past learning experiences and achievements, and it also acts as a beacon that guides the future path of scholarly and professional endeavors. I felt that these ultimately really did deepen and enrich my understanding and application of decision-making in different situations. They also gave me a sense of the need for a balanced approach between clinical intuition and ethical considerations.
