The mode enables nurses to be vigilant and directed when it comes to making sound decisions that will benefit all the patients in and out of the hospitals (Sitzman & Eichelberger, 2011).

Moreover, Madeline Leiningers advocates for a re-patterning or restructuring of services and activities in all the nursing centers. Through restructuring and re-patterning, nurses will be made to embrace all the values and value systems concerned with providing the best services to all the people in the world.
