Through this, the theory perceives a capability and possibility of having a suitable ground that enables all the finest strands concerned to provide adequate health care to all the people. The theory advocates for an accommodative and negotiate approach of health provision. Through this mode, the nurses are able to make equitable decisions that are directed at providing the best services to clients. The mode enables nurses to be vigilant and directed when it comes to making sound decisions that will benefit all the patients in and out of the hospitals (Sitzman & Eichelberger, 2011).

Moreover, Madeline Leiningers advocates for a re-patterning or restructuring of services and activities in all the nursing centers. Through restructuring and re-patterning, nurses will be made to embrace all the values and value systems concerned with providing the best services to all the people in the world.
The mode has a substantive influence on nurses and their decisions as they carry out nursing activities. The modes foster a congruent and cultural approach of providing health care services to all the people involved in the society. At the end of using these theoretical thoughts provided by Madeline Leiningers, all nurses will be at a position to foster a developmental and culturally competent approach of nursing health h to all the people concerned.
