Confidentiality also believe that a nurse should be able to handle situations where the data of a client conflicts with the greater good that could be achieved with the publication of that particular info and when it is best to give out or retain that information. Confidentiality is an important factor in every organization, and nurses have to especially be careful about the private disposition of client data that they get and should protect it from leaking out to any unnecessary sources and that the organizational setup is free from the danger of a secrecy violation (Cooper, 1991).

Veracity (truthfulness) nurse is always expected to fulfill her duties keeping in mind that an honest and open environment is in the overall good for the society and the nation as a whole. A nurse should be capable enough to ensure and boost an environment of frank and sincere contact between and among the peers, as well as, the clients and the employers, depending on the prevalent managerial customs (Cooper, 1991).

Guardianship of the Environment and its Resources feel like I should also keep in check that the facts being put out there through teaching are ones that are forming harmony between the society, the natural environment it exists in and the resources available, spreading awareness of both the beneficial and harmful resources.
