E-business allows for advertising through other sites, and simply being mentioned in the press on an Internet site can cause the business to ask for a link, even if not a strictly promotional link.

Is it appropriate for an organization to consider employee stress when making assignments? Why or why not?

On one hand, most mangers like to keep to the mantra that employees ought to leave their personal problems at the door when they enter the office. Just as a manager should never eschew hiring a woman with a family, it is still no excuse that the baby was home for a snow day from nursery school, thus the project was not brought to completion on time -- or at least, failure to complete projects in a timely manner should be viewed as a detriment, not a neutral in performance assessment, simply because the employee was under stress.
