In order to accommodate paying higher wages to unionized employees at the domestic level, it may be prudent to reduce its huge inventory selection, at least at certain locations. For instance, it is routine for Super Wal-Mart's to carry goods and offer products and services that others do not. This practice should be expanded so that the organization stratifies its items by popularity and sales revenue, and reduces the amount of its least profitable items by reserving them for certain, select locations.
