At rise, a lone park bench sits at a bus stop on an empty stage. A young man enters. He is Tom. He sits down on the park bench and opens up his newspaper. A moment goes by. A pretty young woman enters up right, she crosses to the bench hesitantly. She sits down. She is Jenny. Jenny stare straight forward, clutching her purse. Tom looks at her curiously. He likes what he sees. He looks back at his paper. Jenny looks at Tom curiously. She likes what she sees. She looks back forward.
