Dynamism Between Parents and Children

Of diverse interaction people have over the course of lifetime, the relationship between parent and child is the most important. Children's growth and development is greatly dependent relatively on the parental bond which exists between them. This bond provides the child with the framework on how they outlook themselves and the people around them. The tie will also determine how well they relate with their peers and the environment their whole lifespan. However the tie between the parents and children can be affected because of parents physical or mental state which may keep him or her to from avoiding relationship with their children. Illness, depression, disorders, alcoholism and drugs addiction are also some of the factors the can make to difficult for the child and parent to relate with each other effectively. According to Cathy Meyer (2011), divorce and conflict can disrupt the growth of the child; hostility may be instilled on the Child's life towards both parents dependent on the feeling of the child. Deliberate rift that is built by one of the parents towards the child can cause child alienation thus leading to poor child development.

Dynamism refers to continuous change, activity or progress; a vigour according Encarta World English Dictionary [North American Edition], (2009). It is referred to as "continuous change, activity, or progress; a vigorous active, forceful and energizing quality especially at the hallmark of somebody's personality or approach to do a task." Dynamism between the parent and the child can therefore mean the process of a never ending change in an all round progression and activities between the parent and the child.
In America today it is alleged that parents are exclusively put into account of how their children turn up in their adulthood.

The pressure in the music field caused by the dynamics in the field of music changing from one generation to the other has perfectly led to parent child dynamism. The parents' feelings towards a given dancing style are totally different from how the child perceives it hence leading to differences between mother and child. Parents of teenagers and pre-teens should realize on the need and struggle for independence. On their realization that their children are safe they wory less on how the children are, or how they'll turnout to be, since in the earlier years in children's lives only the parent were the most important figure in the world and their say was to be the final as opposed to the current generation where both the parent and child need to be listened to and come to a consensus with the parents as Donna Rae Jacobson, (1998) indicates.

The fight for control amongst the children is one of the main factors in the parent child dynamism; on the realization on the need of control by the child when they grow old conflict is likely to be built between parent sand children. In the younger age of the child the parent makes choices for the child on clothes to wear, friends and even hobbies consequently the change in the age leads to fight for control.
