Several literature works emphasize the significance of early involvement and prevention programs to treat behavioral misfits associated with early childhood. The studies also focus on fostering mental health and well-being among children (Regan, Elliot & Goldie, 2016).2. The involvement of these programs at the school level can significantly boost mental health besides heightening academic performance.a. A bigger population of children and young people are found in schools most often due to the global push for compulsory education. Therefore, schools are considered the perfect place for disseminating learning and involvements that touch on mental health issues and mechanisms for improving mental well-being.b. Constructive school involvement incorporates teaching skills that stress positive mental health from the early stages with children and carrying it on to the adults (McDaid, Hewlett & Park, 2017).c. Changes associated with the neurodevelopment among the youth expose them to mental health defects and similar vulnerabilities. A lot has to be done to make sure optimal brain development, higher-order cognitive outcomes, and emotional balancing with long-term health exploits and gains among children. These include; meeting a child\'s psychological needs by providing firm and approachable relationship bonds and physical needs by providing healthy nutrition, and social needs by providing a nurturing and secure environment (Colizzi, Lasalvia & Ruggeri, 2020).B. Actions to promote mental health in workplaces and for unemployed adults1. Poor performance and withdrawal from the workplace are some of the economic drawbacks of poor mental health. Social protection apparatuses and institutions are burdened by the upsurging number of mental health cases among working-age adults. In all countries affiliated to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, 30-40% of the disability benefit caseloads are attributed to persons diagnosed with mental health illness. Averagely, the disability benefits\' total expenditure amounts to up to 0.7% of the GDP (McDaid, Hewlett & Park, 2017).2. Promoting awareness on the significance of mental health at workplaces for the management, risk valuation, and stress management are some of the organizational interventions that can improve the employees\' mental health and well-being (McDaid, Hewlett & Park, 2017).3. It is easier to assess the individual-based interventions, which might provide cognitive behavioral therapy, workload modification, flexible working hours, relaxation, exercise programs, training on time management, and goal setting (McDaid, Hewlett & Park, 2017; Ebert et al., 2017).4. Unemployment and job loss: Several workstation policies are put in place to narrow the risks associated with being laid off at work. These include; pay cuts, reduced working hours, job security policies, and job sharing. There are no verifiable proofs just yet on their capability to safeguard the employees\' mental health.

This again has potential significance in terms of the costs attributed to healthcare systems.Summary and suggestion for future studiesSome of the most important approaches to improving mental health among aging people are supporting people to stay mentally well and preventing mental health disorders before they occur. Future research should consider and deeply look into the association between mental health assessing depression, resilience, quality of life (QoL), and anxiety on the longitudinal research standpoints. Future research can consider comparing people\'s condition at different stages or monitoring the longitudinal alterations in the relationship between the above favors through one\'s life cycle.
