The Ideal Work EnvironmentIntroduction:The work environment has a quantifiable impact on employee job satisfaction, team morale, and motivation. Employees would get more enthusiastic to report to work daily whenever favorable work environment. The work environment includes the company\'s growth opportunities, culture, location, facilities, and interaction between employees and employers. In many instances, employers are prompt to ask employees about their preferred work environment to ascertain their suitability during the recruitment processes (Van Horn and W. Stinnett, 42). For instance, if the company is a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment, a candidate who cannot manage pressure may not fit the job.Additionally, employees\' satisfaction, performance levels, and motivation will gradually drop whenever they are uncomfortable with their working environment. Unhappy employees are prone to accepting alternative job offers and propagating hate and negativity amongst their workmates. For instance, in Norwich, UK, the majority of the employees in the city have reported being happy working in the city. People say they love their jobs. According to Lauren Razavi, a local journalist, Norwich is one of the few cities that retains a solid identity and a sense of community; for instance, people still say hello to one another along the streets (Uglis et al. 37). Therefore, below are the features of an ideal work environment.a. Effective communication between employees and employersAn ideal work environment is where leaders communicate their objectives, culture, strategies, and goals and abide by them. Also, there ought to be a transparent and open channel of communication between the employees and their managers and supervisors.
