Introduction:

The work environment has a quantifiable impact on employee job satisfaction, team morale, and motivation. Employees would get more enthusiastic to report to work daily whenever favorable work environment. The work environment includes the company\'s growth opportunities, culture, location, facilities, and interaction between employees and employers. In many instances, employers are prompt to ask employees about their preferred work environment to ascertain their suitability during the recruitment processes (Van Horn and W. Stinnett, 42). For instance, if the company is a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment, a candidate who cannot manage pressure may not fit the job.
