As a team leader managing the 34-bed unit, I was responsible for unit outcomes including patient and staff satisfaction as well as quality metrics. Moreover, I work as a Qualified Nurse Educator at AmerisourceBergen since 2014 where I am responsible for coordinating and facilitating patient engagement and connection to program resources.
