Rossmond Jack for the Position of a First Assistant Surgical Technologist

I write to you in regards to the above applicant, Rossmund Jack. I recommend that you consider him for an entry-level position as a first assistant surgical technologist. Jack has the training, qualifications, and skills needed to effectively and efficiently undertake the role. He also has a strong passion for the field.

Jack will shortly be completing his surgical technologist degree at Mandl School's College of Allied Health; one of the top institutions in New York as far as allied health training is concerned. He has a solid understanding of the practical facets of surgical room procedures, modern surgical equipment, instrument set-ups, sterilisation techniques, patient-care techniques, as well as emergency care during surgery. His knowledge spans across a wide range of surgical disciplines including general surgery, orthopaedic surgery, spinal surgery, cardiac surgery, plastic surgery, thoracic surgery, and vascular surgery. He has acquired these skills and knowledge not only in the classroom, but also through a hands-on internship in a clinical setup. The internship gave Jack a chance to put knowledge acquired in class to real world practice. He therefore has a firsthand experience in the surgery environment.

Upon graduating, Jack will be awarded an Associate of Occupational Science (AOS) degree. Also, as the program is certified by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES), Jack will be eligible to sit for the Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) exam, which will be a major boost to his professional skills and knowledge.
Jack has a strong passion for the surgical assistant field, and is planning to join the Association of Surgical Assistants (ASA), one of the major professional associations in the field. This will benefit not only him as an individual, but also your organisation.

Besides educational qualifications, Jack boasts a number of personal attributes that make him an even more ideal candidate for the position. He has high personal integrity and can work in a highly challenging environment with minimum supervision. He is result-oriented, a fast learner, independent-minded, reliable, innovative, organised, time-conscious, and has excellent teamwork abilities; a clear indication of his robust leadership and productivity potential. These skills are without a doubt crucial for the position of a surgical technologist. The ability to work in a team is particularly important given the nature of the modern health care environment. Professionals from diverse backgrounds now have to work together to achieve the desired patient outcomes. Jack is naturally a team player. His educational and internship experiences have further honed his teamwork abilities, making him a preferable candidate for the position.

Given the opportunity, I strongly believe Jack's skills, abilities, knowledge, and….....
