Having worked for 13 years in the IT sector, I was able to continuously develop and improve my technical competences that build on a strong curriculum in the university and a degree in Computer Science. However, my interest was never strictly limited to IT and technical knowledge: I wanted to develop as an individual and an employee to cover new fields. One such field was management: during my years of activity as an IT programmer, I started to manage teams of developers and guided them towards the achievement of our goals, namely the development of a functional, bug-free software program.

Management is not only related to human-resource management. As a ream leader and team manager, I was the interface for the relationship between the upper management of our organization and the team I was leading.
