With the advancement of new teaching and learning techniques such as Outcomes-Based Education, there has been a revolution in the education industry. Students and their needs have become the center of the education effort. With new paradigms such as project-based learning and problem-based learning, these students are prepared for the job market with an efficiency that has never before been the case. The effect this has on education in general is that both teachers and learners benefit from the activities in the classroom.
Students are more motivated, and teachers understand the needs and problems faced by students better.

Project-based learning is then used in the classroom by giving students projects that they are expected to complete.
