Project Life Cycle:

The most initial phase in the conception of the home began with the financing of the projected costs associated with the entire development of the home. As described, the bank, to which the customer obtained their financing, was also in charge of assigning the developer who stood in as the highest project managing agent. According to the limitations of financing amounts provided by the bank to the customer, the specifics for the completion of the home were dictated. As available through this budget, each category of management was directed according to the financial specifics that were handed down from the bank to each descending sector of construction. Upon the agreement of these initial phases and the definitive associations given to each crew's categorical confines, the execution of the building process was then set to begin. Distributing the responsibilities and the necessary materials among these categories, the primary operatives of construction commenced through to its completion.

Operations:

The scheduled timeline set forth for completion consisted of a total of nine months from conception in April to completion in December (Home-Repair, 2007).
Working Monday through Friday, and part time on Saturday, each crew engaged in differentiating assigned times of involvement. Altering their off breaks, each wave of the crew directed their schedules so that there were always at least six individuals concurrently and progressively working on the home at one time.

Conclusion:

The project was successfully completed in the term of the nine-month period. The costs associated with the construction of the home did not exceed the expected financing limits of the bank. The overall conception, development, and construction of the home was entirely directed according to the specifics of the project management objectives and as such, has met the full approval of the standards by which it was operated to completion......
