It is a great choice to include how others who worked with Hitchcock felt about working with him. It was actually a great move to not quote Hitchcock directly, but to describe his character through his actions and through the quotations from others. This was a great strategy in presenting your argument. Overall, there was a very clear logic in the paper and you sustained your reasoning from start to close.
