According to Hoover (2021), qualitative research is instrumental in healthcare research owing to the fact that the experiences and thoughts of individual healthcare staff provide firsthand information about crucial aspects of healthcare delivery. Information gathered could be inclusive of suggestions that lead to improvements. Obstacles to change and growth can be identified during the study. With regard to ethical consideration, Dena observes that one ethical consideration that he would maintain would be confidentiality. Apart from maintaining confidentiality during the study, there are other ethical considerations in a qualitative research that are of equal importance. For instance, Selamu et al. (2017) point out that informed consent is an important consideration during a qualitative study.
