realizing that failure could become a realistic possibility, Carl began to think very hard. Soon, his mind drifted to a level of frustration and confusion unmatched in any previous situation. The stress from this situation seemed to suck all the energy out of his body and he fell into a deep sleep..

Carl was visited by a spirit in his deep sleep.

"Please dear spirit, help me with my problems. I promise to make good on them and will offer my loyalty for eternity if you grant me the knowledge and skills to come to a solution !"

The white spirit light did not speak but flashed particles of light through a cosmic wand to initiate Carl into the world of self sufficiency and deliberate concentration.

When Carl awoke in his office at ABC he felt a rejuvenated source of power that gave him the confidence to move forward with his seemingly hopeless situation. Carl was surprised to find in his daily notebook several pages of text that he did not recognize writing previously yet was completed in his unique and distinguishable handwriting. On the top of the first page of the new writing was the title " The Path." With excitement Carl began to read:

" In order to solve your problems look inward, all the answers are there! All problems contain a solution. Perseverance, discipline and the proper attitude are all the tools you need. Abundance of information and helping sources will present themselves when the time is right. It is up to you to step forward with confidence and willpower to eliminate these things that are driving your fear. If you are confused, do not be scared, I will present to you the Path so that you may perform your duty for others to learn in the attempt to reach the highest levels of wisdom, kindness and understanding.

After reading this, Carl became fueled with a new found source of inspiration. The task at hand seemed approachable and solvable, where before the misery of the unknown created the anxious mainframe that could produce no worthwhile solutions.

Prioritization became the next word Carl imagined in his mind.

Aligning individual goals and missions with the overall objectives of the parenting organization becomes imperative for any task to be completed in support of the principles of this organization. Carl decided to list the most important things in order importance for this particular case. What was most important Carl thought, was not necessarily the time restrictions but the quality of training that these new recruits would receive. What is the point of rushing a new recruit into a new job if he is not properly trained? Quality and not quantity became a more substantial principle to try to attain.

The most important qualitative issue in this particular instance deals with an understanding of what the company goals and missions are and relate them to the new recruits. He thought to himself several questions:

"These new recruits will be no good to the company unless they are properly trained, why should I rush?"

"If haste makes waste, then what is my approach?"

"What are the overall objectives and aims of ABC?"

Carl then came to the realization that gaining control of the situation was imperative. Letting all the parties know who are involved in this particular problem became the next step. It seems important to let Monica and Joe know that the troubles he is having may affect their way of doing work….....
