Does this affect one’s natural ability to unwind, relieve stress, or fall asleep? I myself would like to study this area more in detail because I am interested in understanding how addiction can worsen or spiral into even deeper troubles as the body becomes more and more dependent on a certain feeling. I think a lot of it has to do with simply not being able to rest the mind, relax and sleep.
