Samsung vs. Apple: Which Phone is Better

Apple's iPhones are considered by many to be the epitome of the cell phone experience. They were the first phones to hit the market to really drive the latest cell phone craze: they had touch screens, amazing cameras, and could connect to other devices. However, the rest of the phone industry has not only caught up with the Apple iPhone but in some cases has actually surpassed it. Samsung is one such company whose phones are more technologically advanced than Apple iPhones. This paper will show will Samsung's phones are technologically superior to the iPhone.

First off, Samsung's phone cameras are more advanced in terms of quality than the iPhone. Even though the iPhone has very sharp and crystal clear picture quality, the Samsung phones are even better. Images can be caught at that are so accurate and lifelike that one does a double take when first examining them. They are more impressive in their quality than some stand-alone cameras that one would pay hundreds of dollars to buy. Samsung's phone camera quality is so high that the company has attracted hundreds of thousands of customer for this reason alone. In fact, Samsung's cameras have a 16 megapixel rear camera plus a 5 megapixel front camera, while the iPhone only has an 8 megapixel camera. The Samsung camera is clearer, crisper, and just as capable of allowing the user to upload to social media sites as the iPhone.

Moreover, Samsung phones' music accessibility is better than the iPhone's. The iPhone has access to Apple Music which is the company's streaming service, but Samsung's phone storage and its connectivity along with its speakers make this phone a better listening device than the iPhone. Music sounds fresher, livelier and more immediate on a Samsung phone than it does on an iPhone. Thus, regardless of the content or what is being played, the better phone for sound quality is the Samsung. As for music accessibility, Samsung's phones can take the user straight to a variety of sources, whether I Heart Radio, Pandora or any of the other streaming sources. Apple iPhone users have to settle for purchasing music from the iTunes store. For this reason, iPhone users are caught in a monopolistic music trap from which they cannot get out. Samsung users have more versatility and variety in terms of how they choose to access their music.

Finally, Samsung phones' battery life is better than the iPhone's. The iPhone may provide its user with a standard full-day phone life before it needs to be recharged so long as the user is not listening to music, streaming a movie, or browsing the Internet. A Samsung phone user, however, can do all of that and more, including using the GPS finder….....
