The Value of Scripture for Leading During CrisisA crisis is an inevitable occurrence in every organization, which implies that every leader deals with it. However, leaders take different approaches when dealing with crises depending on the specific objectives to be accomplished. Firestone emphasizes that Christian leaders should lean on scripture when presented with a crisis. His emphasis is based on the view that the Bible comprises several examples of people and leaders dealing with crises (Firestone, p.57).
