I have been in a store where everything was kind of cheap and I was really curious to see how the clerks were going to treat me. I was ready to leave this store almost as soon as I walked in the door. I thought the two guys working there were very rude to me and the other people in their store and made us feel like we were in their way. I went there as if I wanted to buy a blouse and I could notice that no one was paying attention to me. This made me feel angry and I went to the clerk and asked about that blouse. I could notice that the store was very dirty, the windows were very dirty too and the clerk didn't look that well either.

A tried going there a few times but even if I always find something great to buy I (in spite of the messy racks, filthy fitting rooms, and nonexistent customer service). Then I can't even buy it. I waited in two long lines which just never moved. I informed the staff why I was leaving. I could tell that many others in line agreed with me. But nobody came to serve us more appropriately. The idea is that this kind of stores are loosing their clients every day because they really do not care about them: everything relates to poverty. People think that the poor ones are buying only from this kind of stores and that's why they don not clean the stores, they do not clean the bathrooms or the fitting rooms because they have low prices and people will buy anyway.

And that's when I decided to visit a more expensive store, a store in which I believed that the customer service will be more efficient.
If someone owns or manages a customer service business, the recipe for exceptional service boils down to the small details. Some of those details may be as simple as friendly employees, clean bathrooms, or something that adds value to the customer experience. When designing their customer service plan, they should consider what small details they can provide making their place of business stand out in the hearts and minds of their customers. People love going to a store and being well treated. I went to a more expensive store, where everything was spotless, the windows were clean, the toilettes were pure as a lily, the fitting rooms were also very clean and the customer service was impeccable. The problem is, as I said before, that in these two types of stores people are seen differently:

when we are talking about the first one, where everything is uncouth, where the bathrooms are filthy and the customer service doesn't exist are expected to enter only poor people who will buy their products anyway and who don not need special care.

A when we refer to the second one, where everything is clean, where one can use the toilette without any problems, when one can use the fitting rooms without getting dirty in the process, we refer to that kind of store which respects its customers. In this kind of store are expected to enter people who aren't that rich but can afford spending some money on clothes and even poor people who want to buy something more expensive but of a higher quality......
