Present how the effectiveness (success) of your plans will be measured?

The effectiveness of the strategy can be measured using anonymous surveys of patients and staff members. This will take place once every six months and will be the responsibility of the Human Resources department. Their focus will be to determine if the underlying negative trends for each the problems are reversing. At the same time, they are seeking out some kind of information about new issues that could be starting to become a problem. This will provide administrators with real time information about how the program is working. They can use this to: make adjustments in different resources that are allocated and determine what the staff is focusing on. The patients will be able to tell administrators about: what services they demand and if there are any unknown problems surrounding the quality of care they are receiving. This will help to improve the ability of the hospital to deal with various challenges. Once this occurs, it means that they can enhance the underlying amounts of care that are being provided. (Wreden, 2002)

Clearly, there are a number of different challenges that are affecting California Hospital Medical Center.
The most notable include: there is inflexibility in the decision making process, management's conservative approach will have an impact on the kinds of treatment options that are available, many of the capital spending project are becoming a financial drain, there are high levels of employee turnover and there is increasing amounts of negligence among the different staff members.

These different factors are important, because they are illustrating the various challenges that are affecting the facility. Even though they have not had an impact on the underlying quality of care, the fact of the matter is that they can slowly eat away at the positive benefits of the hospital. As a result, some kind of strategy must be introduced that will tackle these different challenges. Some of the various resources that you can use include: allies in the staff / administration, the capital necessary to quickly fix pressing issues, the ability to streamline the decision making process and the power to discuss with outgoing employees why they are leaving the facility. These resources can be used by a committee to deal with: the various needs of their departments and adjust to changes that are taking place. To measure the success of the plan, we can have anonymous surveys conducted of: staff members and patients. Once this occurs, it will create a way of adapting to various changes, while allowing the facility to deliver the best services......
