Some of the skills, as he further observes, that would come in handy in the preparation of recommendations for consideration in a strategic plan are inclusive of, but they are not limited to; knowledge application and analysis, data literacy, as well as business ethics and social responsibility. I also feel that in doing a case analysis, one would gather crucial business performance analysis techniques which could be deployed in efforts to better assess the strategic goals of an organization and whether the courses of action suggested to achieve those goals are ideal. My colleague also clearly defines a business model. However, although he fails to clearly indicate how exactly it could disrupt both a company and an industry, he comes up with great examples of disruption in both instances.Peer Discussion 2My colleague is categorical that case analysis comes in handy in efforts to clear things up in uncertain scenarios.
