The lack of public support is one of the key factors that resulted to the failure of the U.S. There were false claims that the American government acted against people's aspirations and that the American youth protested against the war. Early initiatives of the United States under Eisenhower, Kennedy, and Truman obtained a lot of support. Only two members of the United States congress voted against giving Johnson the opportunity of waging the war in Vietnam

It was difficult to identify the enemy as Viet Cong merged with locals and only ambushed often at night. American terror campaigns hit their target, but failed to make the North Vietnamese surrender. A small portion of America considered their government as evil as even Walter Cronkite a CBS newscaster raised concern on the effectiveness of pursuing the war

In January 1973, President Nixon signed a truce that officially ended the resentments. Communist forces overran the south from the north in 1975 unifying the nation in the process. Adjoining Laos and Cambodia also became communalist dictatorships and at home, the Vietnamese veterans that returned had difficulties in readjusting. For the United States, the scars of Vietnam remain, and the legacy of bitterness separated the American electorate thereby influencing foreign rule into the 21st century.


Conclusion

The application of the specified sense of duty on the American history by the president to the society necessitates the involvement of the American archives. This enables the restoration of historical legacy through the imitation of the American historical achievements of bigger businesses ventures and curbing of the relative political machines. The president should consider the efforts and contributions of past presidential eras in power extension within the regulated economy. The president in emulation of these efforts should support labor with the assignment of the government direct duty and role to the citizens

The industrial revolution was crucial for America as it stimulated the local communities and their innovative products from under shadows of large regions. The economies of these regions lay its basis on agriculture with the help of production methods and labor forces. This revolution saw the innovation in transportation and other relevant fields necessitating the president to make consideration in the wake of introducing developments in America......
