The United States of America and China have long been trade partners. In regard to soybeans, the U.S. is world's largest producer, but its position is threatened by Brazil and Argentina.
China is the world's largest soybeans consumer, and as their internal capabilities fail to satisfy the demand, they are also the globe's largest importer. A decision to export soybeans to China could result in beneficial outcomes, but only if the market characteristics are entirely respected.
