To measure the extent of reception of the project among the locals and the possibility of it having a long-term impact, there will be utilization of the qualitative evaluation approach.

The quantitative approach will be equally important since the number of people enrolling and the number who successfully go through the entire system period among other numerical considerations will be of great significance hence the adoption of the qualitative approach will ensure this numerical data collection and analysis is achieved.

Evaluation in this case will be more than just collection of information from the project as it commences and in the course of the progress. It will involve serious reflection on the information that has been collected. For the Far West community project, there are some pertinent questions that will guide the evaluation process as what is the purpose of the evaluation?
