If one cannot keep time, he/she will not achieve the goals and targets at the workplace. As a nurse, the patients may end up not getting the correct services required if he/she will not be punctual when attending to their needs. Honesty is also a weakness related to accountability because an individual may speak his/her mind without considering the feelings of the other person.
