2. Describe your management style.
I combine both transformational and servant management approaches. I intervened in areas that I was called to serve. I helped several companies recover from heavy debt and even increased their revenue two-fold. In addition, I was always handy to help other workers to improve their skills. In addition, I started a company that helped women to create employment and even build their own houses.
3. What was the toughest management issue you faced and how did you resolve it?
It is when I was called on to provide guidance to a trust fund worth $360 million. I was to guide on all aspects of financial management and legal compliance.

I always make effort to keep learning new things: since learning is a life-long process. I seek to grow my professional abilities and to stay posted on new and important developments. I discovered that if I was to maintain my professional designation, I had to keep learning, exploring and self critiquing.

Self-confidence
My confidence fires me on. I stay alert and up to new challenges and tasks. I keep moving, even in the rare cases when I fall. I’m intrinsically motivated. I have no need for approval because I always check that what I do is what is best. I’m aware of my strengths and weaknesses and how they affect others. I differentiate what I can….....
