The nurse at hand is a manager at a nearby healthcare facility. The responsibilities at the cardiac progressive care unit are diverse, and the leader is designated as BSN, Nurse Manager. Besides, she ensures that the other nurses have adhered to the professional conduct and regulations (Roussel, 2013). The nurse manager ensures that every nurse has been assigned some specific functions to achieve and that they are working towards these targets, with all the necessary resources provided to them. Moreover, the nurse manager works with other heads within the health facility, and develop programs, policies, strategies, goals, and objectives to ensure that the cardiac progressive care unit experiences some challenges as it serves its patients.
