We are actively involved in our communities by supporting food banks, sponsoring neighborhood events and contributing at least 5% of the total net profits to charities. Our vision of a sustainable future means our children and grandchildren will be living in a world that values human creativity, diversity and individual choice." The CFO contributes to outputs by ensuring that the company has enough resources to meet its objectives. At the same time, they are working with the staff and managers to create a standard for profitability in maintaining these standards.

The President has the responsibility for making certain that the company is run in an efficient manner and adapting with changes inside the marketplace. These different positions are contributing to the outputs of the firm by creating an atmosphere that is inviting for everyone.

The combination of these outputs come together to create an environment that is conducive for the customer and helping the company to standout against competitors. Evidence of this can be seen with the firm saying, "We recognize the connection between our lives, our communities and the environment. Our firm continuously seeks to balance our needs as people with the needs of our planet. We strive to support our local communities, practice sound environmental stewardship and fulfill our responsibilities as global citizens." This is illustrating how the there is a congruence with the outputs and objectives of the company.
