How difficult a challenge did Welch face in 1981? How effectively did he take charge?

There is no doubt that Welch is one of the greatest mangers and successful diplomats in the field of business entrepreneurship management. There are several features of management and close observation of the observable avenues of production in the field or organizations. As done with Welch manufacturing and years of being the worker of the company, he faced a number of challenges just after taking up the roles. Welch faced the aftermath of America's recession and the great depression in its economy. For instance, he came to the office when the exchange rates were not favorable at all for any business.
