For legal and administrative interventions, governments require having political willpower, and the government of India has realized the importance of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) as a prerequisite. Besides, change management is another prerequisite that enables successful implementation any project of e-governance. Change management is all about embracing new technologies and opportunities that come about due to globalization. The world is evolving, and so are the modes of business operations. It becomes imperative for management teams to adopt such technologies that bring change in an organization because they want to be at par with their competitors, suppliers, and retailers.
