Founded in 1976, Etisalat is a company that has a major name for itself over the course of its existence. Indeed, they are in the telecom and communications sector and they operate in the United Arabs Emirates. The mediums of communications and telecom that they facilitate include wireless, data and voice services. They are led by Charman Essa Mohammed Al Suwaidi, Chief Executive Officer Ahmad Abdul Karim Jalfar and Chief Human Resources Officer Abdulaziz Al Sawaleh. The have a Board of Directors and they are publicly traded.

Mission, Vision & Leadership Style Summary

The website for Etisalat is very clean and easy on the eyes. They have a very good translation into English and they offer a pretty good summary of the countries and areas in which they operate including Sudan, Morocco and Mali, just to name a few. Their customer website is also well-done. They issue a corporate social responsibility report and it is clearly linked on the right side of their "Company Profile" page. They espouse sustaining and improving operations across all groups rather than only in individual business units. However, to focus on the vision, mission and strategic pillars of Elisalat, the vision is "to be the leading and most admired emerging markets telecom group.
