intervention used to address the program outcome, school and community leadership in its application to improving Hispanic 8th grade females is a creation of a community/school task force, or focus group to address these issues.

To make this decision I used mostly my intuition as it guided me towards this answer. Its simple and the research suggests it can be effectively and economically put into place.

This intervention is superior because it does not exist in the current school's system. Its superiority is measured by the amount of effort that is being placed in the intervention.

This intervention will draw upon selected members of the school's faculty extra time. This task force may need to replenish this resource.
