There are several ways the company can remain nimble and innovative enough to compete along with constantly emerging technology, despite its maturing organizational structure. The primary importance is a structure which relies on local leadership. Having locally centered power will allow the company to adapt as it needs to in a very diverse global marketplace. Infusion needs to focus on not falling into the trap of old molds, where the international business becomes too structured, and thus inflexible and rigid, causing it to miss out on the individual creativity of its employees serving within very specified markets (Lord, deBethizy, & Wager, 2005). It would be beneficial "to appoint someone to lead operations locally" in order to facilitate stronger and more capable leadership, but also to open up pathways for greater creativity and innovation for those working in the field with first hand knowledge of the developing marketplace. This allows managers to be flexible and free to adapt their own strategies depending on the unique structures and demands of the markets they help control. As such, the company can be "highly individualistic, situation specific, and unique" managerial opportunities that allow Infusion to better adapt to the ever-changing marketplace and continue a strong growth strategy (Oyson, 2012, p 3).

Moreover, it is crucial for Infusion to retain its entrepreneurial spirit to ensure a wider array of opportunities and rapid personal growth.

Infusion has already taken measures to keep the concept of participation and innovation alive through promoting entrepreneurship within their employees' beliefs and expectations of their participation with the company. Infusion should focus on the continuation with working with career coaches to help inspire and encourage individual employees and managers at Infusion to open up their scope and capabilities, thus embracing the entrepreneurial spirit (Williams & Davis, 2011). It should keep encouraging employees to volunteer, especially with Infusion Angels (Calt, 2006). This helps individuals expand their networking options and skills, thus opening them up to new opportunities through increased strategic relationships built on a charitable foundation. Additionally, it allows for future managers to practice the strength of their leadership and innovative critical thinking skills in actual field practice.

Overall, Infusion needs to keep driving its own path forward. For generations, it has allowed entrepreneurs from with inside the company to help continue its success and growth into new international markets. Infusion should remain on a path that will encourage employees and managers to looking into new developments in technology. This can also involve working with start ups on the rise to partner and cash in on emerging technologies before the competitors have a chance to capitalize on such ever-evolving technologies. Partnering with outside start ups will help refresh the entrepreneurship at Infusion by constantly bringing in new breathes of life. This will ultimately help for greater "engagement of small firms with international markets" (Oson, 2012, p 1)......
