Re: Unfair dismissal from work based on false accusations

I would like to draw your attention to a string of events that developed into my unfair dismissal from work. The last event that led to my dismissal was the incident of me leaving my apartment and going to urinate at the lawns of another apartment at 2 am. This was after the same individual who gave me away, accused me of having failed my test and being a habitual drunkard. It was the same individual who also accused me of being ruthless and antisocial person while we were at a dinner place.

Following the above events I would like to clarify as follows; it is true that I urinated by another apartment after I walked out of the night club to catch an Uber taxi home. Since I did not want to miss the Uber taxi, I saw it convenient to respond to call of nature close by and that is how I land into problems with the management of the apartment. I however was let go after apologizing for what I did and this will not happen again.

Based on the above incidences, I have lost my job on accusations of being unfit for the job. This was my first job and I put a lot of time into studies to gain skills related to the job, I strongly believe that my dismissal was based on cultural differences and not based on my performance. I really need the job and I have been putting my all in ensuring the assigned workload to me is well executed.

My prayers therefore is that I get reinstated on my job and no further tormenting is visited on me based on the string of false accusations leveled against me by the individual who seems to have a personal vendetta against me, one which I do not understand. I thank you and look forward to an amicable resolution of the issue.
