Marriage and Government

In today's world, it is necessary to understand some of the complex and troubling aspects of the law, especially dealing with family and child development issues. Legal definitions are always changing to reflect the needs and desires of the populace that they are supposed to protect and serve. Marriage is one legal issue that has stirred controversy and presented many questions about the role of government and an individual's right to live and act as he deems necessary.

The purpose of this essay is to explain how the federal government has every legal right to determine who can get married and to whom. This essay will argue that governmental forces are like dogs and should serve humans to their ends. This essay will also present evidence suggesting that people get what they deserve when in comes to consenting with government interaction, and if any real freedom should be attained, it must be done by ignoring and the law itself.

A legal marriage is nothing more than a recognition of a personal union by a governmental force. Marriage is a business decision that allows people to combine their monetary forces for a mutual benefit. According to the government love, sex, happiness and joy have nothing to do with marriage.
