For some time, the unit next door to mine (Unit No. 910) has had a chronically barking dog. I first politely asked the owner if she could do something to keep the dog quiet, but she slammed the door in my face. The barking is loud and persistent, sometimes going on for several hours during a single day. I don’t know why the barking is so persistent. But it is very disruptive, and severely interferes with my ability to rest, work, and enjoy my living quarters.
I would appreciate it you would speak to the owner. First, find out why the dog is barking, and secondly come up with a solution so it does not continue to disrupt my life, and the lives of other residents.
