So do all of the ones that encourage a diversified diet in which fruits and vegetables are encouraged. The two related to a reduction in solid fats and saturated fats applies as well.

What effect do the leading Health Indicators have upon the family? The leading health indicators have a great effect on the family -- if they choose to address the issues most relevant to them by engaging in the preventative measures that can help these indicators. These indicators include nutrition, physical activity and obesity, and clinical preventive services.

What preventative measures could be performed at the following levels? At the primary level, Estella and her family could benefit from health promotion in the form of general education about the dangers associated with their hereditary at-risk status for heart disease which is inherently exacerbated by their weight issues.
