Automation and Group Collaboration Software

Our organization uses several automation and group collaboration software that we find important and indispensable when developing projects. This paper will discuss a few of these softwares, analyzing their functions as well as the advantages and disadvantages that they bring to users.

Remote Desktop Connection

The first automation and group collaboration software that we will discuss is Remote Desktop Connection. The development of Remote Desktop Connection is very brilliant because it allows a remote access of computer machines. The task of opening files and working on your computer machine that is located in your office can be done virtually wherever you are. Thus, allowing a user to become productive at work whenever and wherever he wishes. In the continuous development of our technology, making things portable is becoming a trend. Devices become smaller and smaller, allowing every component in technology easy to bring. By using Remote Desktop Connection, we can say that you are making your computer portable.
Actually, the process can be described better than portability. This is because technically, Remote Desktop Connection doesn't require you don't bring anything. All have to do is set an account that will allow you or a particular user to have an access to your computer in office or to any computer.

Remote Desktop Connection presents a lot of benefits to users who work in a group. First is that it can allow instant access to each member's machine. This is especially useful when members are located in different places. For instance, member A encounters a problem with his project.

With Remote Desktop Connection, member B. can provide quick assistance to member A by accessing member A's computer and analyzing the problem. It's similar to the process that member B. can work in member A's computer. Another advantage is that Remote Desktop
