Strategy Strength?

The aspect of understanding organizational performance and that of employees is among the greatest challenges most organizations face in the current global environment characterized by complex situations. This allows the management to adopt effective strategies of eliminating the identified barriers to organizational success and promoting behaviors that contribute to the realization of the designed organizational objectives. Different tools can be used to determine organizational and stakeholder performance. Among them is the SWOT analysis template that provides the organization with insights into their performance abilities and competitiveness. The SWOT diagram allows the management to analyze the collected information, interpret, and evaluate the challenges facing the organization and develop effective strategic objectives that eliminate the identified weaknesses and threats. The diagram also allows for the identification of the strengths and weaknesses of the organization alongside the strengths and opportunities that should be utilized to provide it with the desired operational advantages.

When done properly, the SWOT analysis diagram provides the organization with a big picture of the factors that influence its prosperity and survival alongside plans to act on. Similarly, managers and employees of the organization acquire significant information from using the SWOT analysis diagram. They acquire insights into their abilities, strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities that should be utilized to improve their performance (Darvish & Zahra Najafi, 2014). Therefore, SWOT diagram proves a superior tool for determining the performance of the organization.
