Combined Milk Products Pty. Ltd. (CMP) is an organization based in Victoria that was established in the year 1963 by Peter Frost. The company started out as a local milk processing business for the dairy farmers and has now developed into a mixed-product company with a gross value amounting to millions of dollars. The firm has a strong penetration in the Australian market and is an evolving exporter. Michael Johnson has recently become the general manager of the company after the retirement of the founder Peter Frost. CMP can employ Web 2.0 applications for collaborating in order to engage with its consumers. Web 2.0 applications have proved to be of great importance and significance to any organization. Two of the Web 2.0 applications recommended for CMP are social networking websites and Web Application. By engaging in and making use of social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter and Google + in addition to having an official website of the company will enable CMP to not only have a wider reach to consumers but also be able to have improved sales through e-commerce tools that offer the comfort of purchases through a few clicks.

Combined Milk Products Pty. Ltd. (CMP) is an organization based in Victoria that was established in the year 1963 by Peter Frost. The company started out as a milk processing business for the local dairy farmers and has now grown into a multi-million dollar mixed-product company. The firm has developed to have a strong nationwide presence in Australia and is poised to become an exporter. The company presently processes all kinds of milk and milk products such as cheese, yoghurt, butter as well as dried milk. The day-to-day business operation of CMP consists of several clean and shiny stainless steel CMP tankers setting out from the factory to the different farms in the vicinity to collect whole milk from the farmers and milk producers. The milk that is collected is then taken to the factory to be processed through pasteurization and homogenization and thereafter part of the milk is packaged.
