The personality of individuals, without a doubt, can have an influence on several things they partake in. One particular aspect that they can impact is the career and life decisions undertaken by an individual. In accordance to the Jung Typology Personality Test, my personality type is ESFJ, which is Extravert, Sensing, Feeling, and Judging. One of the aspects I have learned regarding my personality is that I revel in being in charge. Individuals with ESFJ as their personality type are able to perceive problems in a clear manner and thereafter delegate tasks easily. In addition, such individuals are eager to offer assistance and also expect others to reciprocate the same. This influences my career in that ESFJ personality types have a preference and tend to take part in occupations that encompasses plenty of direct interactions with other individuals, for instance clients and other members of staff. It also encompasses career paths that encompass responsibility for very important tasks, for instance, those that necessitate comprehensive attention or may have severe implications (Human Metrics, 2017).



What I can infer from this Jung Typology Personality Test regarding my strengths is that I have a very robust and string sense of duty. One of my strong suits is that I am largely responsibility and endeavor to meet the obligations set before me. Therefore, in the sense of a career or profession, I am able to be accountable for the tasks and all other activities being undertaken.

Another major strength is that I am very good at connecting with other individuals. My personality makes it possible for me to be not only social but also more at ease with people around me. This improves the career or workplace relations with members of staff and other people around me. Moreover, as an ESFJ, I am substantially keen on maintaining the status quo, and this makes me significantly devoted and dependable to other parties while at work. More importantly, this implies that in the course of my career, I can function as a strong pillar for other individuals (16 Personalities, 2017).



On the other hand, it is imperative to note that this personality type does come along with its downsides. To begin with, in connection with my weaknesses, one of the perceptible shortcomings is inflexibility. As an ESFJ personality type, plenty of significance is placed on what is deemed socially conventional, and can be exceedingly vigilant, even critical of any aspect that lies what is perceived as exceptional or outside the normal.
