A key difference lies in the fact that ethnicity is tied to cultural aspects of an individual or group of people whereas race is tied to their biological aspects. The major racial group represented is Caucasian. The majority ethnic group represented is white American. The population is evenly divided according gender and age. Because of the college, there is a good mix of young and old. Single families, multiple families and generational families can all be found in the neighborhoods.
