Role of Judges in Human Rights Jurisprudence

Research shows that there is some criticism when it comes to The United Kingdom's Human Rights Act 1998 (HRA), which combined the European Convention on Human Rights into domestic law which was put together to make better the human rights defense for British citizens at home.
