I think that God gives us abilities and opportunities; it is up to us as individuals to make the most of them. I have been fortunate in my life and, so far, successful. I believe I have done everything I can with what I have been given.

It is important for an individual to have a spiritual side. Some people do not believe in God but do believe in a higher power. One's spiritual nature allows for introspection -- thinking about one's place in the world and how one can lead a life that has even deeper meaning and is more fulfilling. One's spiritual nature allows one to think about the things in life that are really important -- health, family, and faith -- and less about material wealth and other transient things.
