Another factor is the emergence of negative, pessimistic beliefs and opinions about a person by the instructors in the profession. The essence of teacher burnout has been underlined by various ideas, models, and theories. However, there is still a disconnect between an instructor's feelings, classroom control, and the field of teaching.
